1. Introduction

6. Bonus & Promotions Policy

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; the applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ax99 and will result in permanent account closure:

• Manipulation or abuse of the bonus system.
• Use of stolen or illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to hack, use bots, or manipulate games through unauthorized software.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

9. Account Security

Users may also close their account voluntarily by contacting our support team. Any valid balance at the time of closure will be refunded, but bonus balance will be forfeited.
